Three short works, each one a snapshot of some caracter from the Nature of Iceland.
1. Hindsivík
“Hindisvik” is made entirely out of sounds recorded at Hindisvik bay in Northern Iceland on a nice summer day. We hear waves splashing and birds singing. The stillness should be overwhelming, but when you listen deep into the small sounds, they’re not so small anymore. To bad one can’t also record the sound of the midnight sun.
2. Malarrif
Inside a lighthouse during a storm
3. Krí-Krí
Inside an Arctic-Tern attack.
